Ear Training Level Three

Ear Training III (ET III) students are musically advanced in theory and other academics. But if they enter the ET sequence at ET III, they may not have had experience with the eurhythmics and improvisation pedagogies offered in the eureka guidebook. Therefore, using the full range of prompts from beginning to advanced will ensure successful improvisations given the advanced nature of syncopation, whole tone and pentatonic scales, harmonic sequences, half and fully diminished seventh chords, modulation, and longer harmonic progressions that are the materials covered in ET III.
